Mentorscope’s Administrative Cabinet team has over 15 years of educational background. Currently one of
our Cabinet Advisors is in a position of Administrating instructional staff in the implementation of current
district curriculum's. Over 90% of our administrative cabinet possess a Master's degree or above and hold
an Educational Specialist, Educational Leadership or Doctorate of Education Degree. We have added to our
advisor team a Certified Data Specialist, which supervises our web-based program, a school psychologist
and social worker that handles the diagnostic testing and mentoring program's, Bi-lingual Reading and Math
Specialist and Special Education Specialist. All Instructional Specialist (Tutors) are state certified and/or
working towards their certification. All paraprofessionals have at least two years of college. Prior to
employment, Instructional Specialist and Paraprofessionals academic credentials are checked and a thorough
criminal background check and fingerprint is completed.
